W. Craig Bashein is the managing partner of Bashein & Bashein Co., L.P.A., of Cleveland, Ohio. A successful trial lawyer, he defends plaintiffs involved in personal injury litigation, medical malpractice lawsuits, auto accident claims, insurance claims, civil rights cases, employment litigation and appellate law.
Attorney Bashein is board-certified in trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and has tried more than 150 jury trials in his career. One of his many successes includes Rolf vs. Tri-State Motor before the Ohio Supreme Court, which gave adult children the right to seek damages for injuries to their parents.
As an active member of his legal community, attorney Bashein currently serves on the board of trustees of the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys. He is also a member of the Cleveland and Ohio State Bar Associations, the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers and the American Association for Justice.
