Profile

W. Mark Jump is one of the founders of his law firm and serves as managing partner of the firm's bankruptcy and debt resolution practice. This often includes representing clients in bankruptcy proceedings under both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13, but may also include a non-bankruptcy debt settlement. He has been a speaker at a number of seminars and recognized as a leader in his field. While maintaining a busy practice, Mr. Jump has been active in his community. In particular, he currently chairs a local Credit Abuse Resistance Education Program designed to educate teens and young adults about the importance of using credit wisely. Mr. Jump is a graduate of Capital University Law School and received his undergraduate degree from Miami University.
