Mr. Thomas has an extensive litigation career handling personal injury/wrongful death, medical and legal negligence, insurance contract disputes, products liability and Federal False Claims Act (Qui Tam). He has been named an Ohio Super Lawyer for 2005 through 2010, and also was named to Strathmore's Who's Who for 2005. He was selected to Who's Who in Columbus in personal injury practice, is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been so rated since 1995, and is listed in Who's Who in American Law.
