Bruce McKenna has been a trial and appellate attorney for 28 years, admitted to practice in both Oklahoma and New York. A 1980 graduate of the University of Tulsa College of Law, he was a teaching assistant and served as a staff member for Volume 14 of the Tulsa Law Journal and was selected to be a Notes and Comments Editor for Volume 15 of that Journal. He is admitted to practice in all federal district courts in the state of Oklahoma, the Supreme and district courts of the Muscogee Creek Nation, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, the Second and Tenth Judicial Circuit Courts of Appeal, and the United States Supreme Court.  He is a Harvard University Law School trained mediator and serves as an adjunct settlement conference judge in federal court. He is a former adjunct professor of law at The University of Tulsa College of Law, where he coached the National Moot Court Health Law teams to two national championships and two second place finishes during a period of four years and continues to serve as a volunteer assisting various teams in their preparation for national  competitions.  He also serves as a member of the University of Tulsa College of Law Alumni Board and as a staff writer for the College of Law Alumni Magazine and newsletter. He is an editor for "The Federal Lawyer," the magazine of the Federal Bar Association.  He served as a judge of the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals, Temporary Division, and is a former chairman of the Oklahoma Bar Association Judicial Administration Committee (Young Lawyers Division). Mr. McKenna is a Charter Member of the Oklahoma Bar Association Litigation Section and is a lifetime Honorary member of Scribes, the American Society of Writers on Legal Subjects.  Mr. McKenna has been chosen as a lifetime member of Strathmore's "Who's Who Worldwide"  and is  a Strathmore "Executive of the year." He also serves on the ABA Advisory Panel and is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
