Jack Dawson has successfully represented clients in business and civil disputes since 1972. Not simply a litigator, Mr. Dawson has enjoyed trying cases in every court available to him. In recent years, he has successfully tried cases involving business fraud, breach of commercial contracts, insurance disputes, and employment matters. He has argued and appeared before numerous federal appellate courts, including the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Dawson is also an active, highly respected mediator and arbitrator. He served as Vice President of the Oklahoma Bar Association in 2007, and he is a Past President of the Oklahoma County Bar Association.
