Jeff Curran is a partner in the Oklahoma City office of McGivern, Gilliard & Curthoys. He concentrates his practice primarily on product liability, insurance defense, commercial litigation, and trademark/copyright licensing and litigation. He also maintains an entertainment law practice, representing musicians, managers, and record labels and working with actors and independent motion picture production companies. Jeff is a member of the Defense Research Institute (DRI); the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC); and the Oklahoma, Oklahoma County, and American Bar Associations. He is a former Chair and Newsletter Editor of the Automobile Law Committee of the ABA's Tort, Trial, and Insurance Practices Section (TIPS).
