John J. Carwile handles a wide variety of business and commercial litigation in state and federal courts across the United States. His practice includes trade and competition disputes, contract and business tort litigation, bankruptcy litigation, securities litigation, and construction litigation, arbitration, and mediation. He has significant experience in complex litigation, and first chair trial experience in different courts. He is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and Harvard Law School, and clerked for the Honorable Stephanie K. Seymour on the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
