For more than 30 years, M. Eileen Echols has been litigating family law issues, both as an Oklahoma lawyer and as a family law special judge. She was twice named as Outstanding Family Law Judge by the Family Law Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association. She also serves as part-time administrative law judge for the Oklahoma Health Care Authority.
Rated as an AV-Preeminent* attorney, Ms. Echols limits her practice strictly to contested law family cases, including those involving complex issues of property division, contested custody, spousal support and related matters.
Ms. Echols earned her J.D. from Oklahoma City University in 1979. Currently, she is the managing partner of Echols & Associates in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She is also a frequent speaker, author, lecturer and teacher on family law issues to both bar associations and civil groups alike.
Ms. Echols is also the recipient of numerous awards and honors, including a recognition of service to the judicial system of Oklahoma and a recognition for service to judicial education by the Supreme Court of Oklahoma.
