Tracy Cinocca began her practice of law in civil litigation which segued into a complementary family law practice. She has a combination MBA and J.D. and is licensed in Oklahoma and many federal courts. Today, she practices extensively in business and family law. Not only has Ms. Cinocca been proud to be an attorney consultant of Pre-Paid Legal for the past decade, but she has also been the Newsletter Editor of the ABA Young Business Lawyers. She was on the ABA Family Law Council as a representative of this region. Ms. Cinocca has participated many years in the Tulsa County Bar Association Call a Lawyer Program and on its Professional Responsibility Review Panel. She has written a legal career book for Barron's Publishers, employment articles for corporate HR training, and edited the national Family Law Litigation Guide for Breast Cancer Patients.
