Bethany has practiced family law in Central Oregon since 2003. With over 200 hours of experience in mediation and collaborative law training, Bethany meets and exceeds the OJD Court-Connected Mediator Qualification Rules, and subscribes to the Oregon Mediation Association’s core standards of practice. Additionally, Bethany earned her law degree, summa cum laude, from Whittier College School of Law, with a certificate from the college’s Center for Children’s Rights. She received her undergraduate degree from the UC Irvine, magna cum laude, in English. Bethany is proud to be recognized for her dedication to providing legal access to the disadvantaged and continues to be dedicated to helping families through legal transitions in a respectful, comprehensive, and economical way.
