Brad Stanford has been a litigator for over 20 years and has tried numerous cases in state and federal courts. He has represented clients in a wide range of matters including products liability, personal injury, premises liability, contractual and business disputes, insurance coverage, real estate, and employment. Brad obtained a defense verdict in a $16 million products liability case against a Swiss snowboard manufacturer -- the first of its kind to reach trial in the U.S. Brad is certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, is a Past President of the Association of Ski Defense Attorneys, is a member of DRI, and is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
