Charles R. Markley concentrates his practice on business, commercial, and real estate documentation and litigation. His experience includes representation of creditors in major bankruptcies and serving as counsel to state chartered and national banks, savings and loan associations, equipment lessors, and retail merchandisers. He earned his B.A., University of Washington, 1972, and his J.D., cum laude, Lewis & Clark, 1975. Admitted to practice in Oregon and Washington; the U.S. District Court in the Districts of Oregon and Eastern and Western Districts of Washington; the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit; and the U.S. Supreme Court.
