David A. Foraker concentrates his practice on complex commercial bankruptcy and business reorganization, as well as business transactional matters including buying and selling of financially troubled businesses. His recent engagements have included appointments by the bankruptcy court to serve as the Future Claimants Representative in the Archdiocese of Portland case and as the Examiner in the Oregon Arena Corporation case. He earned his B.S., summa cum laude, from St. Cloud State University, 1978; and his J.D. from the University of Oregon, 1981. Admitted to practice in Oregon; the U.S. District Court, District of Oregon; and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification.
