Attorney Dennis N. Freed is a founding member of the law firm Smith Freed & Eberhard in Portland, Oregon. He focuses his attention on the many aspects of personal injury defense and complex civil litigation.
Mr. Freed received his J.D. from Northwestern School of Law and Clark College in 1974. He was admitted to the Oregon State Bar Association and founded the law firm shortly thereafter. Dennis has more than 36 years of experience in a wide range of personal injury defense cases with Smith Freed & Eberhard. He has conducted more than 300 jury trials and arbitrations.
Dennis is consistently recognized as an exceptional legal resource in personal injury defense. He has been honored with selections to the Oregon Super Lawyers list in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009, 2010, 2011 and was named in The Top Fifty for 2011.
