Doug Goe's practice focuses on public finance, tribal, and municipal bond law. Doug is bond counsel to Oregon and Washington State agencies, commissions, boards, authorities, and local governments. Doug works on large transportation financings and on hospital and non-profit senior living financings nationwide. Doug works on industrial, economic development, and solid waste projects. Doug works on single family, multifamily, and conduit housing programs. Doug is nationally known for his work on tribal bond issues. He is a member of the American College of Bond Counsel. He graduated, cum laude, from Willamette University College of Law in 1981.
