Profile

Clarke Balcom and his associates provide a full range of debt-relief services. Admitted to the U.S. Tax Court and state, federal, and bankruptcy courts, he deals with tax problems both in and out of bankruptcy. He resolves personal and business debts through Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy, debt settlement negotiations (workouts), offers in compromise, foreclosure defense, and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act claims.
