Graciela Cowger founded StoFoCo with Micah Stolowitz and Steve Ford to serve the needs of her U.S. and international high-technology clients. Cowger provides a full range of intellectual property services, including patent prosecution in a variety of technologies in the electronic, software, and communication arts; infringement analysis and opinion; and portfolio evaluation and strategy. She has experience in policing and enforcing national and international trademarks. Cowger is a longtime member of the Oregon and Washington Bars, Hispanic National Bar Association, and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. She is past President of the Oregon Patent Law Association.
