Jan D. Sokol is one of the founding members of the Pacific Northwest law firm of Stewart Sokol & Gray LLC. He is a member of the American Bar Association's Public Contracts Law Section, Fidelity & Surety Law Committee, and Forum Committee on Construction. He is also a member of the Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and the District of Columbia Bar Associations. Mr. Sokol's practice emphasizes the representation of prime contractors, corporations, and sureties. His practice includes advising and organizing businesses and the preparation of construction claims. Mr. Sokol handles complex corporate, construction, and real property litigation and arbitrations and mediations.
