Jeffrey Misley is the Managing Partner of Sussman Shank LLP and practices in the areas of creditors' rights and bankruptcy. He has more than 20 years of experience representing creditors, governmental entities, and trustees in insolvency cases in state and federal court. Mr. Misley also represents creditors in bankruptcy litigation, including preference, fraudulent transfer and dischargeability proceedings. In addition, a significant portion of his practice focuses on the representation of Oregon agricultural producers and distributors of food products. Mr. Misley was named to the 2006 and 2007 Oregon Super Lawyers list. He is a cum laude graduate of the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College and is admitted to practice in the courts of Oregon and Washington.
