Jessica L. McConnell (formerly Jessica L. Shoup) concentrates her practice on federal, state, and local tax controversies. She also practices in non-consumer bankruptcy, debtor/creditor law, and commercial litigation. Mrs. McConnell has represented a number of businesses and individuals in various tax audits, offers in compromises, installment agreements, and bankruptcies with tax complications. Mrs. McConnell is a delegate for the House of Delegates of the Oregon State Bar, and is also an active member of multiple committees in the Tax and Debtor-Creditor Sections of the Oregon State Bar. She earned her B.S. in political science from University of Oregon and her J.D. with a tax certificate from Lewis & Clark Law School.
