Ben Murray Construction, Curry County Case No. 08CV0425.  Plaintiff's jury verdict in favor of client in a construction defect case. Better Foods v. Centerpointe LLC, ASP No. 070615.  Claimant award in favor of clients on a breach of contract claim. DeLoretto v. European Construction, Private Arbitration. Claimant award in favor of client in construction defect case.  Thomas v. US Bank, US Dist. Ct. Case No. CV-05-1725-MO.  Defense jury verdict in favor of client on claims of federal bank regulatory violations. Naito v. Naito, ASP No. 061213.  Respondent award in favor of clientsin dispute among business owners. National Union Fire Insurance Co., et. al. v. Starplex Corp., et. al., Multnomah County Case No. 0305-05535.  Defense verdict in favor of client in indemnification dispute.   United Equipment Sales v. Hibbard, et. al., US Dist. Ct. Case No. CV 3-02-01107-MO.  Defense jury verdict in favor of client in a business misappropriation lawsuit.   Iron Horse Engineering Co. v. Northwest Rubber Extruders, 193 Or App 402 (2004).  Plaintiff's jury verdict in favor of client on breach of teh covenant of good faith and fair dealing.  Settlements:  Reynolds v. Oregon International Airshow, Washington County Case No. C083842CV.  Days prior to trial plaintiff clients settled a multi-million dollar claim against the defendants on extremely favorable terms after winning summary judgment on the strict liability of the air show.  Van Horn, et. al. v. Jim Wilkins Co., et. al., Clatsop County Case No. 04-2273.  After four weeks of trial client plaintiffs settled this multi-million dollar case on extremely favorable confidential terms.
