Lee's practice focuses on real estate and complex litigation, defending businesses and individuals in matters of professional negligence, catastrophic injury, and business torts, including employer liability. He has tried many cases to verdict and made law with his arguments before the Oregon appellate courts. Lee just completed a four-year term as the Oregon State Representative in the Defense Research Institute (DRI), a national organization of attorneys defending the interests of businesses and individuals in civil litigation. They strive to improve the tools of the Defense Bar. He has participated in DRI events across the United States. A lifelong Oregon resident, Lee practiced in Bend, and returning to Portland in 1979, Lee began his practice with the firm, becoming a shareholder in 1984.
