Mark Johnson is an appellate and family law litigator. He provides attorneys with legal ethics advice as well as consultation and collaboration on family law issues. Mark is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, he is Oregon's State Delegate to the American Bar Association, and he is a member of the ABA's Standing Committee on Professional Discipline. Mark is past President of the Oregon State Bar, past chair of the National Lesbian and Gay Law Association, and past chair of Oregon's State Professional Responsibility Board. He serves as a reference judge in Oregon family law disputes.
