Nena Cook is a trial lawyer with more than 16 years of national experience defending public and private employers against complex harassment and discrimination claims. Ms. Cook is a former President of the Oregon State Bar. She has been named one of the 40 Under 40 individuals recognized for outstanding leadership, one of the top five female business leaders in Oregon, one of the 50 most powerful women in Portland, and Best of the Bar in the category of Litigation and Dispute Resolution. Ms. Cook has written extensively on employment-related topics and is a well-known speaker. She currently sits on the Campaign for Equal Justice Advisory Board and the Oregon Women Lawyers Foundation Board. In 2007, she was appointed by Governor Kulongoski to the Oregon Commission for Women.
