Profile

Pete Heuser is the senior partner in Kolisch Hartwell, a firm of 30 intellectual property attorneys and patent agents representing all engineering and science technologies. Pete is a registered patent attorney with a B.S. and industry experience in mechanical engineering. For the past 25 years, he has successfully litigated patent, trademark, trade dress, and trade secret cases in federal and state courts and in the International Trade Commission and has assisted in mediating cases to settlement. He was an Adjunct Professor at the University of Oregon Law School for many years, has served as President of the City Club of Portland, and is again this year included in Oregon Super Lawyers' Top 50 Attorneys list.
