Pete Heuser is the senior partner at Kolisch Hartwell PC, a firm of 25 intellectual property attorneys representing all engineering and science technologies. Pete is a registered patent attorney, with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He has for the past 30 years successfully litigated patent, trademark, and trade secret cases in federal and state courts and in the International Trade Commission, and has mediated cases to settlement.
