Richard Funk has been one of Oregon's premier family law attorneys since 1986. He is both an experienced and innovative negotiator as well as a seasoned litigator. Mr. Funk represents clients in all areas of family law, including custody, child and spousal support, and asset division. He is also an experienced drafter of prenuptial agreements and a featured speaker on this topic.
