Roxanne L. Farra handles employment law issues for employer and employee clients before administrative agencies and state and federal trial and appellate courts. She served as law clerk to the Honorable William M. Dale, Jr., U.S. District Court of Oregon, and the Honorable Edward Leavy, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. In 2007, Ms. Farra was appointed to the twelve-member Ninth Circuit Advisory Board, which advises the Judicial Council and Ninth Circuit courts regarding proposed matters relating to their effective administration. Past and present memberships include the Ninth Circuit PICO Committee, Joint Pro Tem Screening Committee, Ninth Circuit Lawyer Representative Coordinating Committee, and Oregon State Bar Business Litigation Section Executive Committee.
