Profile

Thomas (Tom) D'Amore is the founder of D'Amore Law Group, an Oregon-based law firm focusing on personal injury and class action litigation, primarily in the states of Oregon, Washington and California. Tom is licensed to practice in all three states and is well known to insurance companies, corporations and opposing counsel as an ethical, experienced and aggressive advocate for his clients, and as a staunch defender of the civil justice system. He is often asked to assist other attorneys and law firms with difficult cases throughout the U.S.

Tom's commitment to both his clients and to the legal communities he is a part of is unquestioned. Tom is a Washington State Association for Justice (WSAJ) Eagle Member and a member of the Oregon State Bar's House of Delegates. He is a long-time board member as well as the 2010-11 President of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA). He also serves on the Board of Governors of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), where he is Chair of the Audit Committee, and a member of the Budget Committee.
