Valerie Fisher's practice focuses on negotiating, structuring and documenting real estate and commercial loan transactions. She has chaired the Oregon State Bar Sections on Real Estate and Land Use and Debtor-Creditor Law. Valerie has been active in Oregon State Bar and Mortgage Bankers Association activities for more than 25 years, and she is a frequent speaker at the Oregon State Bar, Oregon Law Institute, title companies, realtors and mortgage bankers groups. She is the only lawyer to receive the Franklin W. White Award for outstanding service to the Oregon mortgage banking community, which is historically awarded only to mortgage bankers.
