Bill is a plaintiff’s jury trial lawyer who has tried and won a number of landmark cases over the course of his career. His focus is on cases of serious injury and on collecting damages for individuals who have suffered psychological or physical injuries as a result of civil rights violations, sexual abuse, medical and professional neglect, and other wrongs.

Bill has practiced law for more than 35 years while remaining highly active in the professional community, serving on many boards, writing and teaching.
