Profile

Keith is focused on maintaining a high ethical standard while continuing to earn the respect of lawyers, judges and members of the public.  This is the most effective way that he can serve his clients while protecting the civil justice system from abuse.  Each potential client’s case is carefully evaluated to ensure that it has merit before Keith gets involved.  He only represents honest individuals who sincerely need the help of our legal system.  Keith maintains a streamlined, efficient practice and prefers to represent no more than fifteen to twenty clients at any time so as to avoid the impersonal feel often associated with larger law firms.  He is committed to  giving each client the time and care that their particular case needs and deserves.  Keith contracts with reputable and experienced investigators, engineers and medical professionals to ensure that each case will be properly evaluated and prepared to go to trial if necessary.
