The firm was first established in 1962 by Thomas J. Foley, Jr., solely torepresent victims and their families.The firm has eight attorneys, a medicaldoctor, a registered nurse, and a full staffof paralegals, legal secretaries and support personnel, all dedicated to a shared commitment to their clients.

EXCELLENCE

The Foley Law Firm is the only strictly plaintiff personal injury firm in Northeastern and Central Pennsylvania to have had seven lawyers chosen by their peers to Super Lawyers. Five members of the firm also served as law clerks for Justices of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, and seven members of the firm have been admitted to the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

Michael J. Foley is a past president of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and a Governor of the AAJ. Michael J.McDonald is a past president of the Federal Bar Association for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the Northeastern PA Trial Lawyers Association, and the Lackawanna Bar Association. KevinP. Foley is a former member of the Board of Governors of the PaAJ and Tom Foley, III is presently on the Board of Governors. Malcolm L. MacGregor is Secretary of the PaAJ and a past president of the Northeastern PA Trial Lawyers Association and of the Federal Bar Association.

RESULTS

The firm has obtained numerous multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements for its clients, including the only million-dollar verdict in Wayne County, the largest multimillion-dollar verdicts in Monroe County in medical malpractice, automobile collision and product liability verdicts, and the largest automobile collision verdict in Wyoming County.
