Profile

More than 30 years ago, founding partner George Martin set out to create a law firm with one clear goal: defend and protect injured workers. Today, Martin, Banks, Pond, Lehocky & Wilson (MBPL&W) is the pre-eminent workers’ compensation and Social Security disability firm in Pennsylvania. With more than 4,500 new cases each year, MBPL&W represents the largest number of injured workers in Pennsylvania.

EXPERIENCE PRODUCES RESULTS

MBPL&W has successfully represented workers who have suffered every type of work injury. When their attorneys represent an injured worker, the client benefits from working with a firm of experienced trial attorneys, supported by a well-trained staff and state-of-the-art technology to provide the finest legal services possible.

FIGHTING FOR FAIR LAWS

MBPL&W attorneys are intimately involved in fighting for the rights of injured workers. They invest a significant amount of time and energy lobbying the Pennsylvania Legislature to support the causes of injured workers and to defeat legislation that would take away their clients’ rights. MBPL&W is a strong political voice for the hard-working men and women of Pennsylvania.
