Founded in 2004, the Law Office of Jeffrey M. Williams, P.C. exclusively practices domestic relations law. The firm’s attorneys handle all phases of negotiation and litigation of domestic relations cases, which include divorce, custody, support, alimony, property distribution, adoption, prenuptial agreements and related issues.
This year, three attorneys have been nominated to the Rising Stars list. Like their colleagues at the Law Office of Jeffrey M. Williams, these attorneys are prepared to handle all phases of domestic relations actions from start to finish. “We pride ourselves on being attentive to clients and on setting realistic expectations for how their cases are likely to proceed,” says Hillary Moonay. “Our clients are not just a number, but individuals that we try to help during a difficult time in their lives.”
Jessica Pritchard worked with Jeffrey Williams to build the firm when it was founded. She is a member of the family law sections of the Pennsylvania and the Bucks County Bar Associations as well as the Bucks County American Inn of Court. Pritchard has given lectures and authored articles for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, and she has also lectured to the members of the Bucks County Bar Association on various aspects of domestic relations law. Pritchard was also named to the Rising Stars list in 2006.
Hillary Moonay was previously an associate at Obermayer, Rebmann, Maxwell and Hippel, where she practiced family law for nine years. She has significant experience working on domestic appellate matters. Moonay is a member of the Doris Jonas Freed American Inn of Court for family law, serves as events committee co-chair of the family law section of the Philadelphia Bar Association, and has written and lectured on various topics for both legal and non-legal publications and groups. Moonay was also named to the Rising Stars list in 2006.
Stephanie Winegrad has lectured at numerous seminars and has written articles on family law topics for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the Pennsylvania, Montgomery County and Bucks County Bar Associations and various service groups. Winegrad is also a former chairperson of the Montgomery Bar Association Young Lawyers Division and is active in the family law sections of the Montgomery and Bucks County Bar Associations. She is the past executive director of the Doris Jonas Freed American Inn of Court and is presently an active member of the group. Winegrad was also named to the Rising Stars list in 2006.
