GEIGER and ROTHENBERG, LLP was founded in 1982 by Alexander Geiger and David Rothenberg. Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Geiger was a litigator with a leading regional law firm in Upstate New York, and Mr. Rothenberg was an Assistant United States Attorney for the Western District of New York. Mr. Geiger (who is admitted in both Pennsylvania and New York) is currently the resident partner in the firm's Lansdale, PA, office. Mr. Rotherberg (who is admitted in New York only) is currently the resident partner in the firm's Rochester, NY, office.  GEIGER and ROTHENBERG, LLP is a full service litigation firm, with special emphasis in the following areas:  Business Litigation; Commercial Litigation; Bankruptcy Litigation; Employment Litigation; Environmental Litigation; Litigation Services for Physicians and OtherProfessionals; Non-Competes & Tortious Interference; Personal Injury & Products Liability; and White Collar Criminal Defense.  MR.
