Profile

Anthony J. Baratta (“Tony”) is a former Philadelphia prosecutor and founding partner of Baratta, Russell & Baratta. He is a Nationally Certified Civil Trial Advocate, a Member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. He provides pro bono legal services to the Support Center for Child Advocates (acting as the lawyer for abused and neglected children) and to Philadelphia VIP (acting as counsel to indigent Philadelphia residents). He also coaches youth baseball and basketball teams in the Northampton Council Rock Leagues. He and his wife, Trish, have three boys. Tony has been named to the Super Lawyers list three times.
