Profile

Tony Bilotti has represented employers and insurers in workers’ compensation and civil litigation for more than 25 years. He has successfully represented employers in several landmark cases before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. He has represented both employers and insurers in premium disputes and bad faith litigation and successfully represented a large national commercial policyholder in a $1.25 million arbitration award in its bad faith claim against its former carrier. Tony is a former co‑chair of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association and a former chair of the Workers’ Compensation Committee of the Defense Research Institute.
