Profile

Early in his career, Pennsylvania personal injury attorney Brian S. Chacker was recognized by Philadelphia magazine as a Rising Star, which is a distinction awarded to up-and-coming attorneys who have achieved a high degree of professional competence and peer recognition. He has established a reputation for creating customized legal strategies and for taking a nontraditional approach to the practice of law. He continues to impress clients and colleagues by obtaining maximum settlements for injury victims throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey.

Attorney Chacker spends a significant amount of time providing thorough legal counsel for people who come to the Philadelphia law office of Gay Chacker & Mittin, P.C., to discuss their legal matters. He is focused on helping people who have suffered serious injuries due to incidents involving medical malpractice, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents and many other types of accident injuries.
