Carol A. Mager is counsel to Console Law Offices LLC. She is an employment discrimination, ERISA, and class action litigator. She is a former Labor and Employment Committee chair of the Litigation Section of the American Bar Association and the Philadelphia Bar Association; an elected Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers since 1997; a former master of the Bench of the University of Pennsylvania Law School Inn of Court; and a Visiting Professor at Haverford College teaching employment discrimination law (2004-2007). Ms. Mager has been named to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list, including to its Top 50 Women list and Top 100 Philadelphia list, and is a leading employment litigator included in The Best Lawyers in America 2005-2008.
