Christina Fisher practices in Dauphin and Cumberland Counties. Her practice focuses on defending business and health-related professionals with fines, application denials, and license suspensions and revocations by the licensing boards under the State's Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs. Ms. Fisher represents employees with employment and separation agreements and unemployment compensation, civil service, and Police Tenure Act hearings and appeals. She also assists private and public sector labor unions, including Act 111 and Act 195 unions, with collective bargaining agreements, grievances, arbitrations, and unfair labor practices before the Pennsylvania and National Labor Relations Boards. Ms. Fisher represents small businesses in employment law matters, including preparing handbooks and policies, discipline and unemployment compensation, and counseling clients on matters involving ADA, ADEA, FLSA, FMLA, etc. Christina dedicates her free time to the Wills for Heroes program.
