Claudine Homolash focuses primarily on qui tam and mass tort litigation, representing whistleblowers against pharmaceutical companies, as well as individuals who have been injured by defective drugs and medical devices.

Ms. Homolash has been her firm's front attorney on, among others, Vioxx, Bextra, cardiac devices, gadolinium MRI dye, and Reglan litigations.  With regard to the gadolinium MRI dye litigation, Ms. Homolash represents people in state and federal court who have developed a horrible and life-threatening disease, nephrogenic systemic fibrosis, due to gadolinium-based MRI dye administered during MRI, MRA and CT-Scan procedures.

Ms. Homolash has a vast amount of litigation experience having practiced commercial litigation and representing large corporations in business disputes prior to joining Sheller, P.C.  Ms. Homolash's experience representing national and local companies in both state and federal courts provided her with the legal experience necessary to effectively prosecute pharmaceutical and medical device companies for placing harmful, defective products in the marketplace.  Ms. Homolash has not only a passion for representing those injured by harmful drugs, but also a passion for investigating new drugs that may either have the potential for harming others or are inappropriately and illegally marketed by drug companies.
