Since joining Feldman Shepherd in 1996, Daniel J. Mann has aggressively pursued manufacturers of defective products, property owners and other corporate entities in order to obtain substantial recoveries on behalf of injured victims and their families.      A partner in the firm, he has co-chaired more than 35 jury trials and through verdicts and settlements has recovered in excess of $110 Million for his clients. His significant cases include: $11 Million Settlement for trucking accident Multi-million dollar settlement for airbag non-deployment Multi-million dollar settlement for family members of three persons killed by an unsafe fuel system in a motor vehicle $4.25 million verdict for family members of infant killed in tractor trailer accident Confidential Settlement for Injuries Caused by Lack of Headrest in Ford F150 $4 million recovery for a construction worker injured due to drilling equipment collapse $3.75 Million Settlement for Failure to Diagnose Blood Clot in Brain $3.5 Million Settlement for Failure to Diagnose Carotid Artery Stenosis $3 Million Settlement for Impaled Worker Mr. Mann was also involved in the Village Green gas explosion case, where a $40.5 million settlement was obtained on behalf of several elderly persons who were killed in an apartment complex fire in Hatboro, Pennsylvania.      Mr. Mann has also assisted in several significant recoveries arising out of injuries sustained by newborn babies. These include: $9.3 million recovery for brain injury due to failure to perform C-section $7.5 million recovery for brain injury caused by misplaced catheter $5 million recovery for brain injury caused by failure to diagnose jaundice $4.3 million recovery for brain injury caused by failure to repair cervix $3.4 million settlement in obstetric malpractice case In recent years, Mr. Mann has developed a special expertise in the use of computer technology to effectively prepare and present cases for trial. He has authored numerous appellate briefs and argued appeals in the Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.      He was named 2007 and 2008 Pennsylvania Products Liability Super Lawyer.
