Attorney David H. Rosenberg is a managing partner of Handler, Henning & Rosenberg LLP, a personal injury firm dedicated to representing clients throughout central Pennsylvania, including Harrisburg, York, Hanover, Carlisle and Lancaster. A well-known trial advocate for victims of serious personal injuries, he handles severe traffic crashes involving cars, trucks, tractor-trailers, motorcycles and other motor vehicles. He also handles mass torts and medical device litigation on behalf of those injured due to medical malpractice.

A dedicated trial lawyer, Mr. Rosenberg is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an honor reserved for attorneys who achieve verdicts or settlements in excess of $1 million on behalf of their clients. He is a former deputy attorney general for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and currently serves on the board of governors for the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, among other legal activities.
