Profile
David M. Frees III, Esquire chairs the Asset Protection and Wealth Presevation section of the firm. His work is limited almost exclusively to trust and estate planning, asset protection planning, and trust and estate administration. His practice is unusual in that in addition to traditional planning appoaches, he focuses his clients on providing their families with intergenerational estate planning and asset and tax protection. He also works with clients to ensure the transmission of their financial wealth and wisdom in the event they have not fully mentored their children and grandchildren prior to death.
