Dave Dearden has been representing health care professionals in litigation since 1984. Mr. Dearden has helped professionals in business and employment disputes, government investigations, state licensure enforcement matters, and hospital staff privilege cases. He has handled jury and non‑jury trials in state and federal court, arbitrations cases, and state and federal administrative law cases. Mr. Dearden has also handled numerous state and federal appellate cases. He has written and spoken on numerous health care subjects, including responding to health care subpoenas. Mr. Dearden graduated from Western New England College School of Law in 1981.
