David W. Lampl is chair of the Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Group at Leech Tishman Fuscaldo & Lampl, LLC. He has played a major role in numerous national cases and has served as lead counsel in a significant number of complex cases on behalf of banks, creditors' committees, and debtor companies. David is a graduate of Brandeis University and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, where he served as chairman of the Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and a Fellow with the Allegheny County Bar Foundation.
