Attorney Dennis E. Boyle has almost 25 years of legal experience in criminal law and civil litigation. He is a Certified Criminal Law Specialist with the National Board of Trial Advocacy and is death penalty certified. Mr. Boyle has personally brought more than 150 cases to jury trial.
A partner at the firm of Boyle Autry & Murphy, he is admitted to practice in all federal and state courts in Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit, the District of Columbia Circuits, the U.S. Supreme Court and the International Criminal Court in The Hague, Netherlands.
Attorney Boyle received his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law and an LL.M. in international law from George Washington University. He is a decorated former Navy Judge Advocate and a graduate of the Naval Justice School in Newport, Rhode Island.
He was deployed during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm, during which he served as both a prosecutor and defense attorney and most recently as a Court Commissioner with the Navy Marine Corps Court of Criminal Appeals. He recently retired from the U.S. Naval Reserve with the rank of Commander.
