Don R. Clemens is a 23‑year workers’ compensation practitioner and co‑founding partner of Clemens & Vitullo, P.C. Mr. Clemens began his career as a defense attorney working as Assistant Chief Counsel for the Pennsylvania State Workers’ Insurance Fund (SWIF). In 1984, he joined George Martin and Martha Hampton to form Martin, Clemens and Hampton, founded solely to represent the interests of injured workers. In 1994, he established the Law Offices of Don R. Clemens, again solely representing injured workers in lawsuits against employers and insurance carriers. In May of 2000, Don joined Patrick Vitullo to create their current law firm. Don was educated at St. Joseph’s University, Lewis & Clark, and Villanova University.
