Edward J. DiDonato has over 30 years of experience in business law and related fields. He concentrates his practice on bankruptcy, business reorganization, creditors’ rights, and representation of bankruptcy trustees. Ed also represents borrowers and lenders in various transactions. Ed is a frequent lecturer at seminars sponsored by the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. He has also written on bankruptcy and collection law for the American Bar Association, as well as the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations. Ed is AV‑rated by Martindale‑Hubbell and is listed in their Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. Ed  serves as Chair of the Bankruptcy & Creditors Rights Committee of the Montgomery Bar Association.
