Scholarly Lectures and Writings:

• I authored a case note analyzing the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas decision of Williams v. Williams Lancaster Co. CCP, CI-99-06533 (June 19, 2008) in which the Court determined that Husband's voluntary act of resigning from his employment was not grounds for modification of his alimony obligation even though the parties' Property Settlement Agreement stated that he could seek such a reduction if his income decreased by a certain percentage. The Court held that the clause was on applicable in cases of non-voluntary termination., Author, Voluntary Resignation from Employment Does Not Justify Reduction of Alimony Paid Pursuant to Post-Nuptial Agreement: Williams v. • I authored a case note analyzing McMullen v.
