My practice spans every aspect of family law. I am skilled at preparing pre- and post-nuptial agreements as well as resolution of equitable distribution issues. Our clients value my collaborative approach to resolving the critical and emotional issues of child support and child custody. Additionally, I work diligently to defend clients and, where necessary, prosecute abuse actions. Finally, through my tenure as a law clerk for the Honorable Susan Devlin Scott, the current President Judge of Bucks County Court of Common Pleas and Administrative Judge of Family Court, I gained invaluable experience that has become essential to my representation of my clients.
I am very involved in the Family Law Section. I am a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Assocation Family Law Council and am also a member of the Doris Freed Matrimonial Inn of Court. I also write and teach about family law topics to fellow practictioners. I have prepared several case notes for the Pennsylvania Family Lawyer as the Montgomery County Section of the PBI Four County Family Law Practice Manual. Last year, I spoke at the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Winter Meeting about recent decisions regarding equitable distribution issues and taught a PBI seminar on Hot Topics in Business Valuations.
